DELIVERY TIME<\/strong><\/h3>

To be agreed upon according to the work schedule, minimum delivery time 30 working days after taking measurements.<\/span><\/p>

WARRANTY<\/strong><\/h3>

Aluminum:<\/b> 10 years warranty on chemical composition and 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects including functionality and finish. Taking into account the proper use and maintenance.<\/span><\/p>

Accessories or mechanisms:<\/b> 6 months warranty. Take into account its regular maintenance to prolong its useful life.<\/span><\/p>

Glass:<\/b> There is no warranty on visual defects such as scratches, tears and stains, flakes or blunts that are not immediately evaluated and notified by the customer, taking into account the inspection method and tolerances of the NTC1909 of 2019.<\/span><\/p>

    OBSERVATIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>

    The following are our clarifications and observations to be taken into account in this proposal which are relevant at the time of contracting:<\/span><\/p>

    • If you use the service of disassembly and installation of your property or existing glass, the company is not responsible for breakage of the same.<\/span><\/li>
    • Daytime work is contemplated from 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm, in case of requiring night installation or holidays a separate surcharge will be billed, which will be agreed in advance with the client.<\/span><\/li>
    • It does not include metallic structures not described in the proposal.<\/span><\/li>
    • It does not include superboard or drywall elements in trims or closings against the fenestration.<\/span><\/li>
    • It does not include additional light covers or profiles to correct imperfections in the structure.<\/span><\/li>
    • It does not include carpentry elements in galvanized sheet metal or steel not specified.<\/span><\/li>
    • It does not include civil or masonry works, patching to be carried out for the installation of any element or fenestration.<\/span><\/li>
    • It does not include treatment to unspecified crystals or films.<\/span><\/li>
    • For the topic of sealing it is recommended that it is done on both sides, our company only applies the INSIDE SEAL, that is to say that the sealing will only be done on one side in those spaces that are less than 5 mm, if the space is greater, the responsible for the respective sealing will be the work.<\/span><\/li>
    • Stainless steel accessories in painted finish are not warranted for detachment. Must be approved by the customer in writing.<\/span><\/li>
    • After-sales are programmed according to the warranty request procedure registered in PQRS-09_Warranty policies and maintenance manual.     • Contracted services such as maintenance or dismantling are performed without liability for breakage and are not covered by warranty.<\/span><\/li>
    • The company is not responsible for any damage to profiles and glass that may occur during white work executed by third parties on site.<\/span><\/li>
    • PURCHASER accepts shade differences in surface anodizing finishes in accordance with AAMA ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINUN MANUFACTURES ASSOCIATION OF USA standards. OF USA.<\/span><\/li>
    • If required, according to the designs of the product, the fenestration is supplied with 8cm or 12cm sashes. Other types of sashes have an additional cost.<\/span><\/li>
    • This quotation does not include bioclimatic analysis. If required, this has an additional cost to the quotation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      COMMERCIAL TERMS<\/strong><\/h3>
      1. If the quotation is approved, please consign the agreed advance payment.<\/span><\/li>
      2. A foreman will be sent to define fabrication measures with the site resident.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Prices may be subject to change depending on measurements.<\/span><\/li>
      4. Once the measurements have been taken, the production drawings with their respective design must be reviewed, approved and signed.<\/span><\/li>
      5. Our offer includes the accompaniment of a construction site resident, who goes to the construction site to follow up on installations and construction site news (occasionally).<\/span><\/li>
      6. Obra will state its priorities in the installation.<\/span><\/li>
      7. If the installation requires scaffolding, this cost is additional and must be assembled by the construction site.<\/span><\/li>
      8. Production shall commence after receipt of the advance payment, acceptance and signing of the production drawings.<\/span><\/li>
      9. The customer accepts that he is aware of the specifications and designs of our products.<\/span><\/li>
      10. The manufacturing specifications will be according to our customer's request (finishes-thicknesses). Expressed in this quotation.<\/span><\/li>
      11. Our prices include the value of the installation unless it is specified that it is only supply.<\/span><\/li>
      12. In case of modifications in designs, measures, additions and others, the customer must order them in writing before starting production. Any modification may have variation in prices and delivery times.<\/span><\/li>
      13. Transportation is only in the metropolitan area, if it is outside the metropolitan area there will be an increase.<\/span><\/li>
      14. Windows and\/or glass that cannot be taken up by elevator or stairs will have an additional cost.<\/span><\/li>
      15. If cleaning and\/or protection services are required, this charge will be additional.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h3>
        1. In order to speed up our installation process, we require that all the spans and spaces are completely ready, otherwise, additional charges will be generated.<\/span><\/li>
        2. When railings or windbreaks are installed with the embedded system in slab, slab, wall, beam or support, this must be able to withstand the torque or moment exerted by the element. The CONTRACTOR shall provide a 10% opening for the railing or windbreak to enter plus a 2 cm opening for the backfill.<\/span><\/li>
        3. Supply the support structure or reinforcement to which the offered fenestration systems will be fastened, structure that must be placed by the work either in concrete or metal, taking into account that the fenestration solutions work as non-structural elements.<\/span><\/li>
        4. Power, water and sanitary services shall be provided at the installation site.<\/span><\/li>
        5. The site will designate a suitable place to unload the product.<\/span><\/li>
        6. At the time of delivery verify that the order is in accordance with the request. In case of any claim must be reported immediately to the carrier and notified in writing in the shipment, otherwise COTIVIDRIOS SAS. assumes no warranty.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        7. In case there is any breakage in pipes, electrical ducts, overflows in walls, etc., when drilling holes for the installation, COTIVIDRIOS SAS. is not responsible for the damages they may cause.<\/span><\/li>
        8. Inputs delivered to the site are the responsibility of the customer.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
